Humble Smile Ambassadors

This task force is made up of dentistry’s global leaders. Through their professional and educational efforts they have achieved prominence amongst their peers and their opinions and contributions shape the dental profession. As humble smile ambassadors, they leverage their world-wide recognition to advance the cause of environmentally and socially responsible tooth brushing.

Currently there are 12 Humble Smile Ambassadors in 11 countries.

Dr Miguel Stanley, dentist to the stars, has at the heart of his personal and medical philosophy, positive dentistry. He is founder, owner and CEO of White Clinic in Lisbon Portugal where he has patients from all walks of life.

Moody continues the Alexander family tradition of innovation in orthodontics and sharing the Alexander system with patients as well as orthodontic students and professionals from around the world. He has incorporated his love for serving and giving back into the lifeblood of the practice, specifically through a ministry that serves the dental needs of people in Ethiopia.

Robert Dyas

Sheffield, UK
Robert has been lecturing, training and organizing courses in all aspects of oral surgery and implantology, for many universities and for many years. He has published research in international medical journals, is the clinical director of the UK’s largest online dental learning CPD, and has a private practice limited to Oral Surgery and Implantology. Rob is a passionate philanthropist, cyclist and musician.

Dr. Peggy  Bown received her DDS degree from Dalhousie University at Halifax, Canada in 2001. She is a Premier Provider of Invisalign, presiding over the Toronto Study Club. She recently became Canada’s first Master in Digital Smile Design, is a board member of the American Academy of Clear Aligners, and in 2014 received a Fellowship in Neuromuscular Dentistry from LVI Global. Peggy lectures on Comprehensive  Estethics, DSD, and Digital Workflow.

Joe is a registered specialist in both Prosthodontics and Oral Surgery and limits his practice to Implant and Restorative Dentistry.  His clinical time is spent as a private referral practitioner at the Moor Park Specialist Dental Centre.  He is currently a Fellow of the International Team for Implantology (ITI) and Examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh for the Diploma in Implant Dentistry.

James works in private dental implant practice in Ireland and fell in love with the Humble Smile Foundation and the Humble Brush in 2015. He is a director in Quintess Denta, the UK and Ireland Humble Brush distributor as well as Step Education, a company providing CPD to dentists.

From Castellón de la Plana, Spain, Vicente is renowned for his efforts to improve interdisciplinary approaches in aesthetic dentistry. He is the co-founder of BeCome Sharing Dentistry, a learning academy where international courses are organized.. Dr. Berbís is a Digital Smile Design Key Opinion Leader (DSD KOL), and Affiliate of the European Academy of Esthetic  Dentistry.

He is a KOL for many of the world’s leading dental organizations, he is a Digital Smile Design instructor and lectures internationally on Aesthetic Dentistry with a focus on minimally invasive concepts. He runs many courses through the Implant Aesthetic Academy his most important goal is to leave the planet in better shape for his children’s generation.

Guido has spent years at the University of Southern California where he earned Certificates in Advanced Prosthodontics, Advanced Periodontology, a DDS degree (in addition to the DDS from University of Pavia, Italy), a Master of Science in Education and a Master in Business Administration. He has published in international journals and is co-author of a text book on craniomandibular dysfunctions. Dr Bracchetti maintains a private practice in Milan, a part-time teaching assignment and is an Active Member of the European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry.

Humble Smile Pioneers

Pioneers are young professionals who bring a special fresh energy to our Humble project. They range from dental students eager to get their hands wet in dentistry, to aspiring dental, political or humanitarian leaders. Humble Smile Foundation offers them a place to unleash their passion and exercise their creativity, while keeping the rest of the organization in tune with the next generation of professionals. They are the future faces of a more humanitarian dental profession.

He has run charitable public dental health programs in Kurdistan, focusing on children and refugees. Mariwan is currently director of Qalacholan General Hospital where he also works as a dentist

Since 2015 Magdalena is President of Young Dentists Worldwide whose work bridges the gap between IADS and World Dental Federation (FDI). Magdalena works at the Poznan University of Medical Sciences in the Clinic of Conservative Dentistry and Periodontology where she teaches and does her PhD in Periodontology. She strongly believes that as young dental professionals and members of Young Dentists Worldwide “we should become the voice of our generation and be the change we want to see in the world”.
